We believe great coffee already exists within the people, producers and communities that shape the industry, our role is to present it with clarity, honesty and intention.

Sip Collective exists to source, roast and share expressive coffees with clarity, intention and respect for origin.

Founded by the current UK Roasting Champion 2026, the project combines competition-level craftsmanship with an open and community-driven approach to specialty coffee.

Alongside carefully selected coffees from some of the world’s most progressive producers and importers, Sip Collective also aims to showcase unique and exclusive coffees in a way that feels approachable and inclusive, creating access to exceptional lots, producers and coffee experiences without the intimidation often associated with specialty coffee.
