Aramosa 48Hr Natural is a distinctive expression of Brazilian coffee from Daterra’s renowned Masterpieces program in Cerrado Mineiro. Produced from an exclusive Aramosa selection developed in collaboration with the Agronomic Institute of Campinas, this interspecific hybrid combines the cup quality of Arabica with the naturally low caffeine content and drought tolerance of Coffea racemosa. Following harvest, the cherries underwent 48 hours of whole-fruit fermentation before drying, enhancing sweetness, complexity and aromatic intensity. Although this lot narrowly missed inclusion in Daterra’s annual Masterpieces auction, it embodies the same spirit of experimentation and precision that has made the program internationally celebrated. Expect a vibrant and elegant cup with layered fruit character, refined acidity and a silky texture, offering a contemporary and highly expressive take on Brazilian coffee.
