This limited edition release brings together PLOT's passion for sourcing exceptional coffees with Sip Collective's approach to roast development.

For this project, PLOT sourced an outstanding washed SL9 lot from Peru, produced by Franco Huaches, while we developed the roast profile to express the coffee's full potential. The aim was simple: preserve elegance, clarity and sweetness, allowing the coffee's natural character to shine.

The result is a beautifully expressive cup with delicate orange blossom florals, vibrant tangerine-like citrus and a lingering honey sweetness.

At Sip Collective, we believe that great coffee is built through collaboration, collectively shared knowledge, and meaningful relationships.

This coffee is a celebration of exactly that.
